Teen Honey Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients

3 cups of water

1 tsp of finely chopped ginger

1 tsp of tea leaves for each cup

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 tsp of honey

Method

In a tea bowl pan heat 3 cups of water.

Before the water begins to boil add ginger in it.

Once the water starts boiling add the tea leaves, lemon juice and honey in it.

Strain it into a cup and enjoy with your family and friends !

 

Cool Mint Lassi

Ingredients

300 ml of curd

2 Tbsp of sugar

1 Tbsp of dried mint

Few Roasted ground cumin

1 tray of ice cubes to make a chilled mint lassi

Method

Take a container and add 300ml curd in a container.

Now Add sugar and add dried mint in the container and mix it well all together.

Now you can add a few ice cubes in the container.

Pour it into the glasses and Garnish it with a little ground cumin and fresh mint leaves.

 

Thanda fanda refreshing Mojito

Ingredients

Collins Glass

45ml of white rum

6 lime wedges

15ml of sugar syrup

10 piece of mint leaves

Half Bucket of Crushed ice

Soda to top

To Garnish a sprig of mint

Method

Take lime wedges, Squeeze them and then drop lime wedges into glass.

Take mint leaves and Tear them over the lime. Now Muddle it.

Fill Collin glass with crushed ice. Add sugar syrup and white rum in it.

Now Add more crushed ice to fill.

Pour soda from Top. Stir and taste to adjust.

Note: you can also top with Sprite/7up in place of sugar and soda.
